Shipping Policy

Dispatch and delivery

We ship every order within 48 hours of it being placed, and delivery can take up to 7 days. Enter your pin code in the delivery checker on the product page to see the estimated delivery time for your address.

Order updates

We send updates about your order by WhatsApp and email. You can also check your order on our Track Order page.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for an extra ₹50. There is no order value limit and no pin code limit.

Where we ship

We deliver to addresses across India. We do not ship outside India.

Delayed orders

If your order is delayed, contact us and we will help solve the problem. We do not offer compensation for delays.

Lost orders

If your order is lost in transit, we refund the amount to your bank account. Contact us with the bank account details for the refund.

Bulk and custom orders

Bulk and custom orders take 7 to 14 days, depending on the order value and the customisation needed.

We need a 25% advance payment on the order value to place the order. The rest is due within one month after the order is delivered.

We send an official invoice receipt to your registered email and mobile number.

Shipping is free on bulk and custom orders too.

Bulk orders cannot be returned; see our returns and exchanges policy.
